As part of its long-term international vision, Structūra initiated a series of exploratory dialogues with selected partners across the Caribbean region during 2025. The conversations focus on potential collaboration opportunities related to urban expansion, real estate development, and emerging infrastructure initiatives.

The Caribbean continues to represent a region of significant architectural and urban potential. Rapid demographic growth, tourism development, and evolving urban centers are generating new demands for contemporary built environments capable of balancing density, climate responsiveness, and cultural identity.

Through its outreach initiative, Structūra seeks to establish early relationships with developers, institutions, and regional stakeholders involved in shaping the next generation of urban environments across the region, targeting islands with great tourism potential such as Jamaica, Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Porto Rico and the Bahamas. The studio’s approach emphasizes dialogue at the strategic stage, where architectural thinking can contribute meaningfully to long-term planning and spatial vision.

Particular attention has been given to mixed-use developments and urban environments where residential, commercial, and civic functions intersect. In these contexts, architecture plays an essential role in creating coherent urban experiences while responding to local environmental and cultural conditions.

While many of the conversations remain at an exploratory stage, the initiative represents an important step in Structūra’s broader effort to expand its international network of collaborators and partners. By engaging with regional actors early, the studio continues to position itself for future opportunities across emerging urban markets.
