Shipping Policy
Structūra primarily offers digital and professional consulting services. For physical materials (design kits, masterclass collection, printed catalog, Structūra Prive, and Sanctum Reserve collections), shipping details are provided at checkout.
All shipments are processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
Clients will receive confirmation and tracking details once their order has been dispatched.
Structūra is not responsible for delays caused by customs or third-party couriers but will assist clients in any issues that may arise.

At Structūra , each piece that leaves the House of the Architect is treated as a work of art, conceived, constructed, and packaged with the same precision that defines our built environments.

Standard Projects
Depending on the project tier, Structūra utilizes the same architectural materials and finishes used in the actual design or construction of the space when crafting maquettes. This allows clients to experience a true physical preview of their creation.

Custom Orders
Custom and client-exclusive maquettes are produced on a made-to-order basis. Due to their bespoke nature, these pieces follow unique fabrication and delivery timelines. Refunds or exchanges are not available once production begins. For inquiries regarding our highest tiers (Aficionado, Dominion, or Sanctum 3D maquettes), please contact thehouse@structuraintl.com for personalized guidance.

Diplomatic and Government Commissions
For diplomatic, governmental, or institutional projects, Structūra follows a distinct operational and delivery process in accordance with protocol and project classification. Please reach out directly to the House of the Architect at thehouse@structuraintl.com for coordination, clearances and documentation.
