Within the House of the Architect, positions are not publicly posted nor conventionally applied to. Engagement within the House occurs through commission request and portfolio review. Individuals seeking to operate within this division must initiate a formal request for evaluation, outlining the scope of capability, discipline of craft, and alignment with the House’s architectural philosophy. Selection is determined not by title, but by demonstrated mastery in proportion, restraint, material intelligence, and discretion in client engagement. The House maintains a private standard of review, and entry is extended only where depth of thinking, clarity of execution, and cultural composure meet the expectations of private and ultra-high-value commissions.

Students and Graduates

Structūra engages a limited number of students and recent graduates each year who demonstrate unusual clarity in thought, discipline in execution, and maturity in spatial reasoning. Early-stage roles are not observational; participants contribute directly to active residential, institutional, and development initiatives under structured mentorship.

We do not assign tasks for the sake of experience. We assign responsibility proportional to demonstrated capability.

Intro:Structūra operates across Europe, Africa, Asia, North America, the Caribbean, and the Middle East. Regional selection is not symbolic; regulatory fluency and cultural understanding are operational necessities.

Submission Requirements

All submissions to Structūra must be complete and deliberate. Each candidate is required to provide a curriculum vitae reflecting academic and professional trajectory, a portfolio or analytical work sample demonstrating depth of thinking rather than surface aesthetics, a detailed software proficiency record outlining technical fluency, and a declaration of language capability relevant to cross-border collaboration. In addition, applicants must include a written statement of alignment, not exceeding five hundred words, articulating their understanding of the House’s operational philosophy and their capacity to contribute within complex institutional or private environments. Submissions lacking completeness, clarity, or intellectual seriousness are not advanced to review.
