Investor Report for the first quarter of 2026

Montreal — Q2 2026

Structūra has officially released its Q1 2026 Investor Report, marking the firm’s first formal reporting cycle and the beginning of a structured, long-term communication framework across its global platform.

The report outlines the firm’s transition from early-stage positioning to operational alignment, highlighting progress across multiple regions, including North America, the Caribbean, Africa, and Asia. Over the course of the quarter, Structūra advanced strategic discussions with institutional stakeholders, expanded its development pipeline, and refined its internal execution model across both design-led and development-focused initiatives.

Particular emphasis is placed on the firm’s multi-sector approach, spanning hospitality, mixed-use development, residential, infrastructure, and agricultural systems. The report also introduces The Living Field, Structūra’s agricultural development initiative, designed to operate alongside its core platform as a long-term diversification strategy.

In addition to operational updates, the report presents Structūra’s investment framework, revenue structure, and risk management approach, offering a comprehensive overview of how the firm structures capital, executes projects, and positions itself across varying market environments.

“This first report represents more than a summary of activity; it establishes the foundation for how we operate, communicate, and scale moving forward,” said Executive Chairman Sebastian Figaro.

The Q1 2026 report reflects a period of structuring, alignment, and strategic positioning. As Structūra moves into the next phase, the firm’s focus shifts toward execution, with initial projects, partnerships, and capital deployment expected to define the upcoming quarter.
